Odds are excellent that most manufactured housing professionals have not yet seen the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) consumer information handout piece on the manufactured housing program. Entitled “Your Manufactured Home,” the flyer looks like what you see below, which was thoughtfully passed out by HUD MH Program Administrator, Pamela Beck Danner, JD, to the attendees of the FMHA’s recent annual event in Orlando.

As HUD’s Pam Danner ramps up her appearances at industry – and other – events around the country as part of her new role, it is prudent for industry professionals to be familiar with both the handout and their website.
