Among the obvious questions that will be asked is this. Will a “huge” new sale of some 140 manufactured homes announced for February, 2019 compete with the Louisville and Tunica Manufactured Home Shows?
In a release to the Daily Business News, on MHProNews, are the following insights and exclusives.
Reserve your seat now for Legacy Housing’s Huge Home Sale in Eatonton, Georgia on February 20th – 21st!
Starting on Wednesday, February 20th Legacy is hosting a home preview day at our Legacy factory in Eatonton, Georgia from 8:00 am to 5:00pm! Mobile home dealers and park community owners will be able to jump in and inspect all 140 mobile homes and Tiny homes with our experienced Legacy Georgia sales team, as well as Curt Hodgson and Kenny Shipley, the owners of Legacy Housing (NASDAQ:LEGH).
Any unsold Legacy production units as well as repossessed dealer inventory units make up the inventory of 140 homes at our sale! One, two, and three bedroom Legacy models will be available for buyers to purchase or lease, with all units built for either wind-zones 1 or 2.
The next day, Thursday February 21st, Legacy will be hosting all buyers in the boardroom at the scenic Lodge on Lake Oconee at 11:30 am. Numbers will be drawn promptly at 11:30 am and will determine the order of the lottery style sale. A delicious lunch will be provided for buyers participating in the Huge Home Sale, and during the lunch an overview of Legacy’s Mobile Home Park Bulk Leasing will be presented by the Legacy Park Sales Team. During the first round of the sale, each buyer can pick up to 6 homes during their turn (a minimum of 4 homes is required). After all buyers have picked during the first round, Legacy will start the second round in reverse lottery order, and continue until all 140 homes have been sold!
Last September, Legacy hosted our first Hurricane Liquidation Sale at the Lodge on Lake Oconee, with a home preview day held at our Eatonton factory. Park community owners and mobile home dealers from all over the United States came to Georgia to jump-in and out of all 120 liquidation units during our home preview day at the factory. In a survey conducted after the sale, one buyer stated, “The event was a great opportunity to view all the homes and the Legacy Staff were nice and welcoming.” All 120 homes were sold, and the sale was such a success for Legacy that we wanted to host another event for park community owners and dealers in 2019.
Don’t miss this buying (or leasing!) opportunity with Legacy Housing in February at the Lodge on Lake Oconee with free hotel rooms will be provided for buyers who attend the sale. Legacy is also hosting a happy hour at the Ritz Carlton on Lake Oconee, and all details can be found at LegacyGeorgia.com. Buyers need to RSVP now before the free hotel rooms at the Lodge book up, and you lose your seat at the big table with Legacy Housing. Reserve your seat today at www.LegacyGeorgia.com.
