There are several issues that are holding up the progress of individual businesses that in turn collectively make up the manufactured home industry.
For the past few years, the management of MHProNews, using at times MHLivingNews too, has performed fact-checks and analysis that systematically look at a given topic. We’ve routinely offered the opportunity for the industry’s ‘leaders’ or those so mentioned to respond to those reports.
Some have taken that offer up, others have declined. Either way, the opportunity to react, respond, or refute has been extended. That’s fair and balanced.
As promised this morning, the first of a series of new items has been published on Manufactured Home Living News that deals with one of the sources of routine problems for independents and untold thousands of manufactured homeowners too.
That report is linked below.
We have invited Frank Rolfe and Dave Reynolds the opportunity to respond to that report. Should the accept that offer, you will know. The report above deals with their thesis, but also problematic terminology, and much more. We expect a growing number of manufactured home residents to dial into reports like the one linked above. So, if you do business with communities, or have one or more yourself, keep that in mind.
