The 33 home site all-age manufactured home (MH) and recreational vehicle community sits on 2.5 acres, the homes are owner-occupied, and smaller single section homes or Park Models only can fit on the small sites—it is not large enough for newer MH. Going forward, likely Park Models will occupy the community, which currently is 94 percent occupied, and includes four apartment units.
