The Virginia Manufactured and Modular Housing Association (VAMMHA) tells MHProNews.com legislation in the House of Delegates, SB363, supported by VAMMHA, will streamline the titling process of manufactured homes and allow for the re-titling of homes severed from real property. If the measure passes through the subcommittee of the House Transportation Committee, and the full House Transportation Committee, it will be considered on the House floor. ##
