The Massachusetts Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) is asking members to oppose Senate Bill 610 and House Bill 1116 (the same bill) because the proposed changes to the manufactured housing regulations include adding annual site fees of $10 per for a statewide dispute resolution program. Another bill would tie MHC licenses to utility inspections, as MHProNews has discovered.
