From North Adams Township in Massachusetts and the North Adams Transcript, MHProNews.com learns that the owner , Morgan Management of The Spruces Mobile Home Park has been ordered by the Board of Health there to immediately renew its manufactured housing community license. According to the report, a the community failed to submit the required application, fee and attendant information needed to renew its annual license and operate the park. The article also states If Morgan Management doesn’t comply it could face additional fines. The community experienced a flood in August. Our of 225 units, the report indicates only 60 have been approved for occupancy.
