Colonial East, L.P. announced the opening of their indoor pool complex, the Manor House Pool, on November 5th, near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
The new pool complex will serve residents of all of the Colonial East manufactured home communities including Sussex West, Sussex East, and Colonial East.
According to the Cape Gazette, the Colonial East community, which opened in the 1970s, serves the area with much needed affordable housing for both residents and vacationers, and also remains a popular choice for home buyers today.
Sussex East and Sussex West introduced a new concept in manufactured home communities in the area, and they remain the only “55 & Better” manufactured home communities at the Delaware beaches and throughout Sussex County.
The Lewes Chamber of Commerce performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony. ##
