MHProNews has learned from pennlive that Pine Terrace MHP LLC, of Atglen, PA has acquired a 75 home site manufactured home community (MHC), Strohecker MHP, in Halifax Township, just north of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Chuck Heller and Drew Bobincheck handled the transaction on behalf of the sellers, Curt and Janet Strohecker. No terms of the transaction were disclosed. ##
