A manufactured home (MH) produced by Commodore Corporation was in transit from Goshen, Indiana to Rice Lake, Wisconsin when a dump truck ran a red light and damaged one of the sections of the house. The dump truck driver said his brakes were not operating correctly as he went through the light, veering away from one vehicle but hitting the flalt-bed trailer with the MH aboard in La Porte County.
Semi-driver Kirby Cannon could not estimate the dollar amount of the damage, but said it will be returned to Goshen where it will take several weeks to repair, as wsbt tells MHProNews. The dump truck driver indicated he was in pain but refused medical attention. ##
