The Richmond County (North Carolina) Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments upheld a notice of violation for a nuisance problem at a manufactured home in the town of Hamlet in south central NC. County planner James Armstrong said manufactured homes in the county must comply with Housing and Urban Development HUD Code standards and be used as a residence, according to yourdailyjournal.com. Armstrong said the home was not useful as a residential property because of its dilapidated condition, thereby upholding the notice of violation, as MHProNews.com has learned. ##
