Frost was a graduate of Youngstown State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Bill was a member of the Simpsonville, KY, United Methodist Church. He served there in many capacities, including former treasurer, former finance chair and had more recently served as chairman of the board.
He was a retired regional manager of Alliance Credit, LLC and was a member of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute, those media sources told MHProNews.
After his retirement in 2016, Frost had worked at Crumpler Stables as an assistant trainer. He had a passion of working with Saddlebred horses.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Alice Wright Frost and nephew Ben Ollis.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Bobbi Frost of Simpsonville; brothers George Frost (Marilyn) of Clifton, N.Y. and Rev. Thomas Frost (Carol) of Virginia; sisters Sharon Ollis (Pete) of Phoenix and Lori Gastin (Brian) of Mt. Vernon; goddaughter Reyna Vargas Alvarez (Luis) of LaGrange; uncle Ed Wright (Lucille); cousin Thomas Bach of Louisville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, at the Shannon Funeral Home in Shelbyville, KY.
In lieu of flowers, the family has said that expressions of sympathy may be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 42501-0301; or Ronald McDonald House Charities, 550 S. First St., Louisville, KY 40202.
