Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac seller/servicer and Ginnie Mae issuer, Platinum Home Mortgage tells MHProNews it has opened a branch in Jupiter, Florida, its seventh new location this year.
In addition to an in-house manufactured home financing program, the bank will offer conventional, non-qualified mortgage, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs, U. S. Department of Agriculture and Rural Housing Mortgages, plus an array of remodeling programs.
With 24 years experience in the mortgage industry, area sales manager Perry Silverman will head up the satellite location, while Jamie Conlon-Silverman will serve as branch manager. Mortgage consultants John Rios and Robert Bangs will also be working at the new site.
Silverman and his team were worked originally for United Northern Mortgage Bankers, according to mortgageorb. ##
