In Mayes County, Oklahoma, any 62 year-old (or older) head of the household whose gross annual income for the preceding year did not exceed $22,000 or 50 percent of the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) median family income for the county may receive a Manufactured Home Personal Property Exemption.
