The Manufactured Housing Association for Regulatory Reform (MHARR) informs MHProNews that Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) statistics indicate manufactured housing production rose 6.3 percent in August over last August, 6,332 HUD Code homes over the 5,955 of last year.

Total industry production for the year through August totals 45,736 HUD Code homes, as compared to 42,305 homes over the same period of 2014, an increase of 8.1 percent. Furthermore, statistics reveal shipment numbers for the top ten states have remained the same, with Texas leading all the others by a wide margin. ##
