MHProNews.com has learned residents at Hickory Hill manufactured housing community (MHC) in Klecknersville, Pennsylvania, just north of Allentown, are forming a homeowners association and considering taking the owner to court for allegedly overcharging them on their utilities. They also claim the owner, Albert Jinks, requires them to buy upgrades—decks, garages and porches—only from his company, and that new leases did not contain provisions made in previous leases. As lehighvalleylive.com tells us, the homeowners also want a say in the rules and regulations that govern the MHC. There was no immediate comment from Mr. Jinks’ lawyer’s office. ##
