The Dow rose more than 40 points Friday on news of an increase in consumer confidence. While that amounts to an increase of about a third of one percent for the Dow, the Manufactured Housing Composite Value was up more than six percent. Companies contributing to a day in the green include Skyline Corp., up more than ten percent to close at $23.15 a share. Cavco was also up, just short of five percent, to arrive at $38.92 a share. Palm Harbor and Nobility closed the day down.
