Property transfers from Salem, Ohio reveal a manufactured home with ten acres on Foundry Hill Road was sold by Marcia Griffith to Corey Griffith for $37,747, according to salemnews.net. A manufactured home on a lot on Dunn Road was sold to David and Thelma Gabbert by John Gamble, Jr. for $16,900. Salem is in eastern Ohio just south of Youngstown, near the Utica and Marcellus Shale formation where energy exploration is growing.
