Yet, MHI dares say on their home page: “Keep current with MHI and the latest in manufactured housing. Browse the latest industry news.” Hah! What bull-you-know what from Arlington, VA based MHI. But perhaps that is why xAI’s GROK said yesterday: “MHVille’s Hidden Chains: Why Manufactured Housing Lags in America’s Housing Crisis—Grok Unveils the Scam” and ‘This Ain’t Theory—it’s a Heist.’ Near the heart of that heist are key MHI members and staff, per Grok. But who else says so? AI powered Copilot and Gemini essentially concurred. That report with analysis may be the single most important and complete AI research published involving artificial intelligence with respect to manufactured housing industry underperformance in the 21st century.
