From the vantage-point of where this writer and our son sat during L. A. “Tony” Kovach’s presentation on Wednesday in Deadwood, SD, one could see MHI Sr. Vice President Rick Robinson feverishly making notes.
Then, the MHI attorney’s note taking slowed, and Robinson just listened, while observing the audience.
Later, when Robinson’s presentation took place, Kovach “returned the favor.” He listened to MHI’s VP’s talk, took photos, and some notes.
When the MHI VP’s presentation on Washington, D.C. “updates” was over, Robinson turned toward Kovach and said, “Tony, I will not be taking questions from the press.”
Kovach asks the industry this question. “If they [MHI] have nothing to hide, why are they hiding?
