As the Louisville Show formally was closing down, the oath of office at the inauguration of the 45th president of the United States was taking place.
Two newspapers dubbed it the Don of a New Day in America.
Briefly, the Louisville Show did well, a clear step up from 2016. More details to come next week.
While numbers were wishing for a different swearing in at the Capitol today in Washington – the clear majority of the industry professionals the Masthead heard from at the granddaddy of the manufactured housing industry’s events were pleased-to-delighted that President Donald J. Trump will begin his efforts to create a more robust, and business friendly environment.
Working with Congress, the new president promises:
- 25 million new jobs in a decade,
- lower taxes,
- more common sense, business friendly regulations,
- more security, safer cities and borders,
- and America First in all decisions and policies.
This is historic. A clash of the past and future is underway. From sea to shining sea, it is the dawn with The Don of President Trump’s new day. Stay tuned, it promises to be an exciting 4- to 8-year ride. ##
