With enough marketing and/or media attention, millions can be swayed on a given topic. In a specific market area, persuasion on an issue can occur locally too. But habits can be stubborn. Something that has long been believed to be ‘true’ can be difficult to dislodge. This is one of the challenges facing the manufactured housing industry.
Also, while some are – understandably, perhaps – celebrating the rise of manufactured housing over 100,000 new homes for the first time since 2006, other kinds of competing affordable housing options are being promoted.
