There is no doubt whatsoever that Donald J. Trump is politically incorrect.
There is no doubt whatsoever that Hillary Clinton, her husband Bill, their foundation and related are corrupt. They are also guilty of more sexual and other indiscretions than their $2 billion dollar campaign against The Donald. The Clintons are bold hypocrites.
At the recent NCC meeting in Chicago, an industry pro laid out his case as to why he believes Donald Trump will work hard to do all that he has promised the voters. Paraphrasing:
‘Trump has a lifetime of impressive professional accomplishments. Turning America back on the right course would be the crowning achievement of his career. Of course he would work day and night to make it happen.’
The women I spoke with about the election favored Trump, and were strongly opposed to Hillary Clinton.
I spoke with some 27 people about the election. 3 favored Hillary Clinton, all were men and all for similar reasons.
The other 24, supported Trump either as the far better option than Hillary, or because they strongly believe in his message and the movement he represents.
History at times idealizes people. Every woman or man we personally know – including the face in the mirror – has their weaknesses as well as their strengths. Christians can make the case for the perfect God-Man and his sinless mother. Beyond those exceptions to the rule, we are all less than perfect.
George Washington was a wealthy man, who in inflation-adjusted terms, worth about $500 million dollars today. A fine leader and first president, but he was a slave owner.
When almost 7 out of 10 favor a new direction for our nation, it is indeed time to drain the swamp of Washington’s crony capitalist politics.
Hillary would enter office – through her own bad choices – under a dark cloud that would never pass.
Clinton would be subject to international blackmail.
She has already sold out her nation and others for the tens of millions of dollars others have given her, Bill and their corrupt foundation.
I’ve already voted for Donald Trump and Mike Pence to be the next President and Vice President of the United States.
No matter how blue your state may seem to be, cast your ballot for real change too. My wife and I have done all that we know to do to support change that would be good for our industry and for all of the people of our great nation.
Please. Do your part too.
- Drain the Swamp.
- America First.
- Make America Great Again, for one and all.
The ancients spoke of “Ora et Labora.” Prayer and Work. We need both.
