MHProNews.com has learned the Bullhead City Council has approved an agreement between the city and the Arizona Department of Fire, Building, and Life Safety (DFBLS), Office of Manufactured Housing, for Mojave County to issue permits and inspections for manufactured housing and factory-built buildings. The DFBLS does not have an inspector in the area, so the county, which is already performing these responsibilities in unincorporated areas, will also be responsible for the city MH as well. MojaveDailyNews adds Bullhead City will continue to review new installations of manufactured housing for compliance with zoning laws.
