The Dow remained essentially flat Wednesday, but holding the line above 12,000. The Manufactured Housing Composite Value didn’t fare as well, losing more than two percentage points. Cavco was the big share value loser of the day, giving back more than five percent. Drew Industries declined nearly three percent. The day wasn’t without its gainers, however. Walker & Dunlop rose more than three percent and Deer Valley rose nearly ten percent to close at $1.04 a share.
