In response to numerous inquiries received at MHARR’s offices, attached for your information and consideration is a complete package of the MHARR comments submitted to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) on July 24, 2013, in response to DOE’s June 25, 2013 Request for Information concerning manufactured housing energy standards. This packet includes both the comments themselves, as referenced in MHARR’s July 25, 2013 Washington Update, and all attachments.

MHARR will continue to closely monitor this matter and take such other and further steps as are warranted by developments in the administrative process.
