The Midland Daily News reports a marketing company has established a website for Tyrone Woods MHC in Fenton, Michigan that gives the residents better internet service and allows them to connect with each other and management easier. Called a “property website management solution” by its developer, enrichesolutions, a subsidiary of Zacharias Enterprises, another goal of the design is to allow the property management company to receive more rental inquiries. AS MHProNews has learned, an applicant can qualify for a rental by interfacing with the website.
