Dan Mulkey, investments vice president in the Tampa office of Marcus & Millichap (M&M) who engineered the deal, in a phone conversation told MHProNews that Donna Baylor, president of CJStoll, Inc. represented the seller. Mulkey supplied figures indicating M&M’s sales reached $17 billion in 2011, $346 million of which were National Manufactured Home Communities sales resulting from 69 transactions. While the buyer was not officially identified, one source told MHProNews that the buyer was Lakeshore. That has not yet been confirmed.
