From semissourian we learn the Cape Girardeau (Missouri) City Council will hold a public hearing at tonight’s (June 4, 2012)  meeting to consider rezoning what has been zoned Residential Manufactured Home District (RMH) to Highway Commercial District for an RV/travel trailer park. Mark Rademaker of the Landing Point RV Park LLC has requested a special use permit to construct and operate the facility.
