The NASDAQ edged down -0.08 percent, -3.78 points to close at 4,765.78
The S&P 500 nudged down -0.21 percent, -4.28 points, to close at 2,048.04
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) edged up 0.49 percent to finish at 1374.5. Active MH-related stocks closed mixed, or even, with Third Avenue Value advancing the most, gaining +0.86 percent, +0.42 points, to close at $49.44. Skyline Corp. fell more than other tracked stocks -1.69 percent, -0.16 points to end the day at $9.32.
