The Dow Jones Industrial Average nudged up+0.14 percent, +25.96 points, to end at 18,559.01, as it continues to set new record highs.

The NASDAQ slipped -0.38 percent, -19.41 points to finish at 5,036.37.

The S&P 500 also fell, -0.14 percent, -3.11 points, to close at 2,163.78.

Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) dropped -5.78 percent to end at 1416.1. Most MH-related stocks closed down or even, although Equity LifeStyle Properties and Sun Communities both gained +0.41 percent as the top gainers. ELS advanced +0.33 points to end the day at $81.33, while SunCommunities moved up +0.31 points to close at $75.69. Nobility Homes fell the most of tracked stocks, -3.23 percent, -0.50 to end the day at $15.00.
