Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) gained 2.04 percent to finish at 1280. Active MH-related stocks closed mixed, or even, in today’s trading. Louisiana Pacific moved up +2.75 percent, leading the stocks we track, +0.48 points, to end the day at $17.91. Third Avenue Value Instl. fell -1.33 percent, the most of active tracked stocks, -0.64 points, to close at $47.35.
