Louisiana Pacific Corp. moved up the most of tracked stocks, adding +2.35 percent, while Carlyle Group slipped more than other stocks, -1.24 percent.
While on the Big Board:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average edged up +0.12 percent, +21.45 points, to end the day at 18,080.14.
The NASDAQ moved up +0.71 percent, +30.63 points, to close at 5,092.09.
The S&P 500 also gained slightly, +0.243 percent, +4.76 points, to end at 2,117.69.
