The Winter Meeting and Legislative Congress of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) will be held at the Capitol Hilton Sunday, March 13, through Tuesday, March 15.  Estimates on attendance reported to MHMSM.com range from 60-85 industry members.  The agenda includes members of Congress and HUD who deal with manufactured housing, financial services, and appropriations, as well as a trip to Capitol Hill for an MHI-hosted reception in the Rayburn Office Building.  The various steering and executive committees of MHI will also be in session, as will be Finance Lawyers, Lenders Best Practices, National Retailers Council, National Communities Council, and the Manufacturers Forum.  Several of the sessions will be sponsored by industry vendors.  The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
