MHProNews has learned Michigan-based MHRE, which specializes in the marketing of manufactured home and recreational vehicle communities across the country, has orchestrated the sale of a three property, all age manufactured home community portfolio comprised of 921 home sites, all in Michigan.

The sale includes community owned manufactured homes and installment contracts for all three Uniprop MHCs: Dutch Hills, Stonegate Manor and Camelot Manor. MHRE Managing Director Christopher Nortley, who arranged the sale, said, “The portfolio has a tremendous value add component, coupled with strong geographical demographics which will allow the buyer to implement their home leasing platform and significantly improve occupancy over the next 3 years to stabilization of approximately 85%.”
