The MH Industry – Today’s Risers and Sliders
Top risers included Equity LifeStyle Properties and Sun Communities Inc. The Carlyle Group and Patrick Industries led the sliders today.
The overall battering on the broader markets also affected manufactured housing today, with Carlyle down over 6 percent. According to Flint Daily, Advantus Capital Management decreased its stake in Sun Communities by 14.87 percent in Q4 2016. Sun Communities stock is up six percent over the last month, but is underperforming the S&P 500 by 4.65 percent.
