From time to time, software and other changes by third parties results in emails going to spam filters that you don’t want there. We’ve had some inquiries about “missing our emails,” and typically, such software changes has caused a message to go into spam; it happens to lots of operations (if you send out emails, this can and does happen to you too).
The solution?
You can google articles on “whitelisting,” but a common fix is to make sure the email you want to receive is added to or already in your contacts.
