The Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) recently awarded Stoney Creek Mobile Home Community of Richland, Mississippi, the 2014 Community Development Award.  This honor is awarded to the best in manufactured home communities in the State of Mississippi as determined by the MMHA Board.

After receiving and reviewing numerous nominations from across the state, the board made their selection. Management at the State Street Group, LLC,  the company that owns and manages Stoney Creek, said they were honored to receive the award.  In addition to Stoney Creek, this company owns and manages seven additional manufactured home communities in the Jackson, Mississippi, area. ##
