C3 Designs owner Fred Carl, Jr. tells MHProNews he will invest in infrastructure and expansion of the Franklin line, but it will continue to manufacture its own product line as a wholly-owned subsidiary of C3 Design under the name Franklin Structures LLC.
Founded in 2013 by Carl, C3 Design intends to produce and market high-end modular homes and specialty buildings through a network of builders, dealers and developers, according to sanluisobispo. Terms of the acquisition were not revealed. ##
