A new modular apartment building has risen at the corner of Washington and 12th St. in Philadelphia, as philly.curbed informs MHProNews, assembled in one three-day weekend.
The luxury apartment building that replaced the old heating and air conditioning store is five stories tall and will have a combination of 50 studio, one-and-two bedroom apartments. The leasing will begin this fall and the building will be ready for occupancy in early 2107.
The units were constructed near Pittsburgh complete with appliances and interior finishing by Westrum Coastal Homes, a branch of Westrum Development, a modular home builder based in New Jersey.
The 10,400 sq ft site sold for $880,000 this past March to a company listed as CSW 1200 Washington Avenue. ##
