The developers of the Grandview Apartment Development Project, a 72-unit apartment complex planned for Redwood Falls, Minnesota, continue to try and bring the per-unit cost down to $70,000. Trident Development, working with a local modular builder, as redwoodfallsgazette.com informs MHProNews.com, has lowered the cost to $78,000 per unit, and continues to explore options. The city’s decision to create a tax-increment financing plan is adding to the possibility of the project. ##
