Updating a post MHProNews.com published April 1, 2014 about a three-unit modular housing development in Ridgefield, Connecticut hitting another roadblock after 18 months of debate, planning and zoning (P&Z) finally approved the proposal by Ridgefield Modular Home Corp. As theridgefieldpress.com reports, P&Z agreed to a single building with three three-bedroom affordable modular units, and the footprint is the same as previously agreed to in litigation. The original design called for eleven units in four buildings. ##
