Modular home manufacturer Ritz-Craft Homes of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania has become the first modular home builder to develop an iPad app for their network of builders, allowing them to access information about pricing, options, floor plans and specification sheets. Noting builders are spending more time away from their offices, Ritz-Craft’s Reed Dillon says, “Our new app provides these builders with portability and the ability to access crucial files on their iPads, wherever they have an internet connection. This allows them to be more efficient and spend more time with their customers.” Ritz-Craft intends to develop a consumer-friendly app for home buyers next year, as MHProNews has learned from virtual-strategy.com.
