Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canadaian developer Kurtis Dmuchowski has received an initial green light to proceed with a modular housing subdivision in which the residents will own the land and the homes, and will have input to a board of directors that makes decisions about the community’s operation. The 56.62 acre site at the south edge of town will be rezoned from natural area to a factory-built residential zone. The proposal passed the Estevan City Council’s first reading, and as MHProNews has learned from sasklifestyles, it must pass the second and third readings, at which time the final plans will be submitted.
