Seven weeks after an EF-4 tornado tore through Pilger, Nebraska, destroying 80 percent of the town, the first home going up is a modular for town clerk Kim Neiman and husband Ted. Ray Stahla of Stahla Homes in Norfolk, NE says he has two or three others interested in putting in modular homes, according to klkntv.com. The town of 350 in northeast NE was hit hard June 16, but despite the widespread damage, the bank and the Co-op both have said they are returning. MHProNews has learned the Neimans expect to occupy their new home within two weeks. ##
