The National Modular Housing Council informs MHProNews that 3,573 new modular homes were shipped in the fourth quarter of 2014, an increase of 4.9 percent over shipments for the same period in 2013. Compared to Q4 2013, shipments increased in 17 states, dropped in 15 states, and remained the same in two states. For purposes of comparison, 4,969 HUD Code homes were shipped in the month of January, 2015. ##
