Updating a story MHProNews posted June 12, 2014 regarding theft charges against Wyoming Homes owner David Valenti of Moosic, Pennsylvania, citizensvoice.com reports he is also entangled in a dispute over property he leased and then allegedly refused to vacate after it was sold in April, 2013, leaving behind a manufactured home. He is scheduled to appear in court June 23, 2014 for a hearing about this complaint. Additionally, a civil trial is set for Sept. 2014 in Luzerne County Court regarding Geraldine Kale’s claim that she paid Valenti $85,000 for a modular home, but when it did not come on time, she had sold her home and he agreed to pay for her hotel stay, but his checks allegedly bounced. Her lawsuit claims when the home arrived it was defective and Valenti refused to fix the problems. ##
