North of the border in Saskatoon, in Central Saskatchewan, Canada, 27 modular homes built in 2010 by Lethbridge’s Triple M Housing are alleged to virtually all have water problems—either leaky basements, roofs, or windows, sometimes more than one. Having changed its name to Vantage Developments, the company says the warranties on the homes expired 18 months ago, and its the owners’ responsibility to now make repairs, according to cbc.ca. Although the developer received financial incentives from the city of Saskatoon, city officials tell MHProNews there is nothing they can legally do, but they intend to meet with Vantage officials to gather more information.##
