TheDailyJournal reports from south central New Jersey that American Custom Modular of Millville, NJ will hire nearly 50 new workers as part of a project to build over 180 modular townhomes for Winslow Commons in Camden County, north of Millville. Founded last year by Jeffrey DiMatteo and Gino Ciancaglini, the company will build 49 units the first year with the next two phases slated for 2014 and 2015. Over 95 of the homes will be two, three, and four-bedroom modular homes and 90 units will be for seniors. As MHProNews has learned, the project will be funded by low-income housing and federal tax credits, with rents ranging from $800 to $1,100 a month.
