The owner of the Syringa Mobile Home Park in Moscow, Idaho is intending to close the property, following a nearly yearlong legal battle over the park’s water systems, Lewiston Morning Tribune tells MHProNews.
Latah County 2nd District Judge John R. Stegner told Moscow attorney Gregory Rauch Wednesday that if his client, Magar E. Magar, intends to close the park, he needs to give all the residents six months’ notice.
Magar, who lives in Vancouver, Washington, wasn’t present for the hearing.
As regular Daily Business News readers know, The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) had issued warnings to the park’s owner about improving the water quality at the community.
A class action law suit was filed as well. Click here for more details. ##
